This coffee is a single heirloom variety from Abyssinia, an arabica landrace introduced in 1928 by dr. PJ Cramer to Indonesia. It is grown and cultivated in Pematang Purba, Simalungun. The full washing process uses natural spring resulting in a good balance of tds and minerals. After an initial drying period of 5 days at low temperatures, the coffee beans are dried again for 14 days on raised beds before being stored for 30 days to achieve a balanced state before milling.
